A vibration is a person that resonates at a frequency, By testing the response of the human body on a vibrating platform, many researchers found the human whole-body fundamental resonant frequency to be around 5 Hz. In recent years, the human body now resonance appears to increase the resonant frequency to approximately 10hz.
The environment, atmosphere, or the energetic quality of a person, place, thought, or thing can change the vibration quality but what’s even more interesting is the person themselves can change there own frequency.
How do we as humans detect resonance or (Vibrational frequencies). You can tell a person’s energy when they walk into a room, for example. While some people draw you closer this is a high resonance, others make you want to keep your distance this is a love / boundaries resonance.
You see a depressing and violent news story, you get a heavy feeling in your gut. You witness a puppy cuddling with an infant, and you feel a warmth inside. These are all ways we can detect vibration-resonance.
How do you recognise yourself, when you're at your best and at your worst? At your happiest and at your saddest moments? The key in each of these special transformational moments is to know who you truly are - stop be present, breathe to discover you.
The heart balance is established by being at peace, present in the moment and having the power to share your desires with ease. When you learn to understand the feeling of ease and trust yourself and the Heart within you, you have found your true vibration: i.e. when I am at my best I am focused, I understand my goals, and I have so much power towards achieving them. When I am at my worst I will feel helpless, like nothing is worthy of me or that I have to give up and start from scratch.

Each and every one of us holds a vibrational frequency that is unique to that individual. As a small child we can self-acknowledge who we are, by how we feel, think, and interact although through time struggle and change as we grow our detective system weakens.nEach good experience we have allows each of us to interact deeper with our true self by feeling joy.
How your frequency supports your life
Each and every single person has their own set of truths and boundaries that they uphold although life experiences test those boundaries. This belief system builds through each moment that we accept and resonate within who we are and what we need to survive. The love we have within each of us has the power to guide us to achieve all that we require.
Developing your heart frequency
The essence of each person that learns to establishes themselves through their heart energy has self-drive, simple truths and a genuine power to support and provide for that which they truly believe in. The energy to trust you and to connect with your soul will allow you to discover your own tree of growth and life force energy that is readily available to each and every person.

To recognise you go to vibrational frequency you have to become balanced within your heart. The heart balance is established by being at peace, with no love life issues or heart felt needs that aren’t being meet.
When you learn to understand, feel connect and trust the hearts energy within you. You will come to understand that yes your heart does have all the answers and yes you are guiding yourself towards that which you most desire and also that which is the very purest version of who you are.

1. Sit down in a quiet place and set about breathing deeply into your belly.
2. Allow your belly to extend with each breath, and as you exhale smile
3. Let the smile be one of peace and relief
4. Get to know your energy, how does it move and how do you feel
5. Now place your mind thoughts and feelings in your heart how does it feel, and in what direction does it move? - (Placing your mind in your heart. Think of everything you love, the people, the moments. When you feel your energy change, ask your mind to feel that energy, and sit present in that energy.)
6. Once you have a clear understanding of how your heart is moving and there is an intentional pattern, feeling each breathe within the heart, bring that feeling into you mind for 1-5 minutes to begin with. Extend this breathe and feeling by resting in this moment that is your truth vibration - You are love without thought in this moment
7. Practice daily building the experience to 30 minutes.
