I think many people can relate to this feeling. Fear, dread, suffocation and stress. I have suffered with this myself of late. Anxiety is at its height due to all that is going on in the world. The key is to remember that it is not going to hurt you, you need to focus and remain calm. Remove yourself from the trigger and gather your thoughts. Meditation and yoga has been key for me personally to help balance and re-group.
