Love starts with you, you are whole and complete of love the day you are born. Love is all that you understand. In this world we spend the first seven years of our life learning how to hold, understand, receive and give love to ourselves and others. Learning about love can feel both incredibly beautiful and incredibly painful.

Mindfulness is the ability to choose how you view love as an individual. Each day we can choose to walk through the door in our mind that directs only of love, even if love had been painful, even if hurt had accrued we can heal our stories, TRANSFORM OUR THINKING.....

Express - voice your personal truth
Assist - be kind to yourself
Recharge - breath & meditate
Newness - realisation - you are love

TRANSFORMATION is about modifying belief systems, stories, thoughts and feeling so that a natural change of actions can achieve a desired result - that brings about love. Storms appear because change is needed - harmony only exists when energetic frequencies are continually moving at the same pace, when an energetic frequency starts to move slower or faster than that of its original it created change.

Transformation appears when the storm is announced, when the container of the storm can no longer stay small and unnoticed and becomes big and obnoxious- rage, anger, hurt, will disappear then will appear quietness - this is where the re-adjustment happens. Ready for newness, sensitivity, curiosity, wonder, exploration even creativity
